Slow Flow + Myofascial Release Pop-up Class

This class combines a slower paced vinyasa yoga practice with Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques using therapy balls to alleviate muscle tension, improve joint mobility and offer relaxation. We’ll ease into movement with restorative postures on the mat and a SMFR roll-out. We’ll then transition into vinyasa-style elements to gently wake up our bodies before winding back down into another SMFR roll-out, rebalancing restorative postures and full-body rest.

Slow Flow + Myofascial Release: Full-Body Workshop

In this full-body recovery workshop, we will be utilizing Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques to help alleviate tension in the body. SMFR is a safe and effective self-massage technique that targets the muscles and fascial system (connective tissue that encases our muscles, bones and joints). Using therapy balls in addition to slow mobility-focused flows, we’ll focus on the more common problem areas of the body to help reduce pain, restore range of motion and promote relaxation. You will leave the workshop felling more at ease from head to toe!

You are in for a special treat! This therapeutic workshop will combine mobility movements with myofascial release (MFR) techniques using massage balls to help your body through its full range of motion, alleviate fascia and muscle tension, and offer relaxation. You will leave the workshop feeling more at ease from head to toe! Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket and we'll bring the rest!
