This class combines a slower paced vinyasa yoga practice with Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques using therapy balls to alleviate muscle tension, improve joint mobility and offer relaxation. We’ll ease into movement with restorative postures on the mat and a SMFR roll-out. We’ll then transition into vinyasa-style elements to gently wake up our bodies before winding back down into another SMFR roll-out, rebalancing restorative postures and full-body rest.
